Breakfast Box
Start the day with a healthy Western breakfast box packed with ingredients from the Tajima area. The “Chicken Ham Salad” is filled with local ingredients such as hydroponic leaf lettuce, eggs, and “moist chicken ham” made from slow-cooked Tajima chicken at a low temperature. Bread made from Hyogo wheat is specially baked at the foot of Mt. Hachibuse. Please enjoy them with warm and flavorful soup.
