Breakfast Box
This rice ball breakfast box uses ingredients and rice grown in Ukiha, which is selected as one of the best water sources in Japan. The main rice balls come in two varieties: one with pickled plums and shiso leaves from Oita Prefecture's Oyama, and the other with white rice that allow you to taste the true flavor of the rice.
The homemade ham is made from Sangen Pork Mino Itton, and its rich flavor and sweetness spreads in your mouth. In addition, savor croquettes made with okara (bean curd) batter, pickles, and a salad box filled with fresh vegetables and fruits from Ukiha, and rice flour soufflé cake.
