On Saturday, December 19th, a winery dinner event with Tamba wine will be held exclusively for guests of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba. This time, under the theme “A one-night-only holiday dinner featuring winter ingredients from Kyotamba and Tamba wine,” we have prepared a special course featuring Kyotamba’s renowned brand ingredients—including Kyogamo® duck—as well as game, black Japanese beef, and seasonal vegetables. Enjoy the “Kyoto Tamba Cabernet Sauvignon 2023,” a red wine crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on-site and aged in barrels for 18 months, as well as the “Kyoto Tamba Semillon Late Harvest 2023,” a rare dessert wine made from fully ripened grapes—hand-picked in late autumn amid the misty Tamba landscape—that have a sugar content exceeding 35 degrees.
