Special Winery Dinner in October at Tamba Wine, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba

On Saturday, October 17th, a special dinner event with Tamba wine will be held exclusively for guests of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba. The theme for October 2026 is “Tamba Chestnuts,” the autumn delicacy proudly grown in Kyotamba Town. First, you’ll visit Tamba Farm to tour the chestnut groves and learn about the growers’ dedication. After the farm tour, we’ll head to Tamba Wine, where you’ll enjoy a special multi-course dinner featuring Tamba chestnuts. Mr. Yoshiki Sakakibara, representative of Tamba Farm, will also join us for dinner. Please fully savor the Tamba chestnuts nurtured by the rich natural environment of Kyotamba, the passion of the producers that brings out their flavor, and the Tamba wines that highlight the bounty of the land.

One of the paired wines for this chestnut-themed dinner is “KURIKA.” Limited to just 100 bottles, this is an extremely rare dessert wine created by Tamba Wine to express the charm of Tamba chestnuts.
