You can use the hot spring facilities at "Fairfield by Marriott Wakayama Kumano Kodo Susami. Both hotel guests and general visitors are welcome, so please feel free to use our facilities if you are staying in your car at the Susami Road Station or if you are a tourist.

The hot spring with a view of Karikaki-nada is a highly alkaline spring with a high pH value, allowing you to enjoy a smooth skin texture.

About entry
Please purchase a bathing ticket from the ticket machine and bring it along with the key to the shoe locker to the front desk. You will receive a key for the changing locker in exchange.
You can also purchase towel rental tickets from the ticket machine. Towel set (¥300), individual bath towel (¥250), Onsen towel (¥150).
According to the public bath sanitation standards in Wakayama Prefecture, mixed bathing for children is limited to those aged 7 and under. For customers who require assistance, this does not apply, but please consult us in advance as we may not be able to accommodate urgent requests.
About entry
In principle, individuals with tattoos or body art are not allowed to bathe. However, you may bathe if you can cover them with four cover seals measuring 7.5 cm x 9.5 cm. Please request cover seals at the front desk.
Entry is strictly prohibited for intoxicated individuals and members of organized crime.
Please refrain from bringing food and beverages into the facility.
Smoking is prohibited in the facility except in designated areas. Please note that temporary exits for smoking are not allowed.
Free WiFi is available throughout the facility.
Access
Exit at the Susami Minami IC on the Kisei Expressway and head south for about 800 meters; it takes about 3 minutes to arrive. You can also drive close to the entrance. It is also accessible on foot from the Susami Road Station.
