SPECIAL WINERY DINNER in August AT TAMBA WINE, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba 

On Saturday, August 30th, a special dinner event with Tamba wine will be held exclusively for guests of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba. This time, as Producer Series Vol. 5, we feature a special collaboration dinner between Takashi Kato, a producer of the rare “Nanatani Duck” in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture; Takuya Matsumoto, chef at the popular restaurant ‘Aspirant’ in Kobe City; and Shunsuke Kido, chef at the Tamba Wine Winery Restaurant “du Tamba.” 

 

Nanatani ducks are raised in a rich natural environment without stress, giving them a distinctive flavor that is low in odor, rich in umami, juiciness, and sweetness. The wine paired with the dinner is Kyoto Tamba Pinot Noir 2021, which is subtle but offers a fragrance and rich flavor. Along with this, savor other wines carefully selected by Tamba Wine to complement the dishes.
