Savor wines from Furano, Hokkaido at Fairfield by Marriott Hokkaido Minamifurano! 

On Friday, February 13, Furano Wine tasting event will be held at Fairfield by Marriott's Hokkaido Minamifurano in collaboration with Furano City Grape & Fruit Research Institute. Guests staying on the day of the event are welcome to join the event for free at any time during the event. Event participants who follow us on Instagram have a chance to win Furano wine and hotel original goods in our raffle!

Hokkaido's climate is well-suited for growing wine grapes, and the Furano City Grape & Fruit Research Institute has been involved in wine production and development in collaboration with local farmers.

At this event, you can taste several Furano wines, such as Sparkling wine “Perle Blanche,” “Barrel Furano (White)” aged for one year in French oak barrels, and “Furano Wine Rosé” characterized by its fruity flavor. Several types of appetizers featuring ingredients unique to Hokkaido, such as cheese and game meat, will be available for purchase.
