SPECIAL WINERY DINNER in November AT TAMBA WINE, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba

On Saturday, November 15th, a special dinner event with Tamba wine will be held exclusively for guests of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba. This time, enjoy a locally sourced dinner with Mr. Daichi Kishimoto. He is a producer of Kyotamba pork, a brand pork from Kyotamba, that has been produced for over 30 years featuring soft, sweet fat and juicy, firm meat.

Before dinner, you will have the opportunity to learn about Mr. Kishimoto's commitment to Kyotamba pork production.

One of the wines paired with the Kyotamba pork dinner is “Kyoto Tamba Sangiovese 2021.” Although it is a red wine, it has an elegant acidity and goes perfectly with Kyotamba pork. Be sure to savor the other wines carefully selected by Tamba Wine to complement the dinner.
