SPECIAL WINERY DINNER in June AT TAMBA WINE, Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba 

On Saturday, June 21th, a special dinner event with Tamba wine will be held exclusively for guests of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba. This time, we welcome Mr. Kakiuchi, a gibier hunter, and offer a venison dinner course using ingredients produced locally. Venison from “Venison Kakiuchi,” a gibier brand born in Kyoto, is featured by its juicy and smooth texture without the peculiar taste of gibier. The wine to be paired is “Kyotamba Pinot Noir 2021,” made from the Pinot Noir grape, considered difficult to grow and rare variety in Japan. Why not immerse yourself in the hidden charms of venison at the marriage of wine and venison as well as talk event by Mr. Kakiuchi and the dismemberment show?
