On Saturday, October 11th, a sake and beer tasting event will be held in collaboration with Kizakura a brewery from Kyoto prefecture exclusively for guests staying at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba.

Kyoto Prefecture is widely known as a premier sake-brewing area, with the Fushimi region in particular being one of Japan's three major sake-producing areas. Founded in 1925, Kizakura Co., Ltd. brews sake using Kyoto's renowned “Fushimi” water and the highest-grade “Yamada Nishiki” rice, ideal for sake production.
