Sake Event with Kasumitsuru sake brewery, a history of 300 years  @Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Kannabe Highland 

On Saturday, June 28th, historical Japanese sake brewery tour and tasting event will be held for our staying guests at Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Kannabe Highland.  

The collaborator, Kasumitsuru, is founded in 1725 and brews sake by inheriting the traditional methods of the "Tajima Toji,” one of the four great Toji clans in Japan. The water used for brewing comes from Mt.Hyonosen, which is unique to the Tajima area. 

 

Immerse yourself in the world of Japanese Sake while tasting the limited sake and learning about the brewing process from the Toji (master brewer) of Kasumitsuru.  

Take this opportunity to enjoy a trip to discover the charms of Japanese sake and Tajima area.
