Introducing wine server in the lobby lounge of Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba!
Starting October 21, 2024, a wine server will be installed at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba and we start offering three types of wine and one type of Japanese sake. Kyotamba Town is located in a nature-rich basin and is famous for its “”treasure trove of delicacies“”. We have selected products from “Tamba Wine” and “Choro Sake Brewery,” which make sake using local ingredients in Kyotamba Town.
We hope you will relax in the lobby lounge while casually enjoying alcohol along with food purchased at the Michi-no-Eki or market place.

Product Lineup
*Semillon from Kyotamba: 100ml 600 yen (tax included)
You will feel rich and complex flavor with vanilla aroma, and a full and elegant alcohol volume.
*Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot from Kyotamba: 100ml 1,000 yen (tax included)
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Tanner grown in the Kyotamba field and aged in wooden barrels. Features a good balance of moderate fruitiness, refined acidity, and tannins.
*Pinot Noir from Kyotamba: 100ml 1,500 yen (tax included)
Pinot Noir grapes from old vines over 30 years old were hand-picked and aged in wooden barrels for 19 months. It offers a calm fruitiness, elegant oaky aroma, and a subtle astringency derived from tannins.

*Junmai Ginjo Tan: 500 yen for 100ml (tax included)
Prepared by a master brewer in Kyotamba using rice produced in Kyotamba, “Gohyakumangoku”, and groundwater from Kyotamba.
