On Saturday, November 16th, Fairfield by Marriott Gifu Seiryu Satoyama Park, in collaboration with Harumi Rice Ltd. of Minokamo City, will host an event to taste “Hatsushimo”, a brand of rice from Gifu Prefecture. At this event, you will have an opportunity to taste Hatsushimo rice, brown rice tea and various beverages made from Hatsushimo rice, including Junmai Daiginjo sake “Sennen no Sato” and Hatsushimo yeast beer “Kogane to Hakugin”. Additionally Mr. Harumi, a representative of Harumi Rice, will share the insights into the passion behind rice production and the characteristics of these unique beverages.
